The first and most important person you must believe in is yourself

Coaching

Children learn the value of taking time to look after their emotional, physical, behavioural, social and spiritual well-being. This life-long learning positively influences how children take care of themselves and others throughout life.

If you have good mental wellbeing you are able to:

  • feel confident in yourself and have positive self-esteem

  • feel and express a range of emotions

  • build and maintain good relationships with others

  • feel engaged with the world around you

  • live and work productively

  • cope with the stresses of daily life

  • adapt and manage in times of change and uncertainty

Through our specialised programme we ensure that children and teens build their confidence to overcome any situation. They build their self-awareness and learn skills that they can use through out life.

Mindfulness ∼ Self Regulation ∼ Organisation

This series of  sessions can be delivered 1-1 or shared with a sibling, friend or small group of children. The aim of these creative, physical and practical exercise sessions is to connect children with “what is happening for me right now.”

Children learn to self-reflect and spot changes that they can make in their day-to-day lives that will benefit themselves and serve them well throughout life.
